After the validation by the European Parliament of the revision of the European Directive on seconded personnel, the Board of Directors of the European Association of Lawyers wished to organize an event, outside the framework of a European capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is with this in mind that the BCF firm, a historical member of the AEA, participated in the development of a symposium dedicated to the secondment of staff<\/strong> in Europe <\/strong>which was held in Lyon on November 23, 2018 within the premises of the new Maison des Avocats, intended for lawyers and of course companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

European parliamentarians, economists as well as lawyers from many European countries, including lawyers from Eastern European countries, took part, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
