Your missions :
You will intervene on various problematics:
- Pre-litigation, litigation or settlement agreements
- Contract redaction
- Drafting of company documents
- Legal research in the different areas of business law
- Representation of the firm at hearings before the courts.
Your profile :
You must demonstrate solid training (economic, legal and judicial) and an international outlook.
Required qualities:
- Fluent English
- Other foreign language appreciated
- Analytical mind
